Data we collect

• Email address: when you create the account (login link) or join the Pro waiting list.
• Profile: tier (free or Pro), subscription end date, site language, whether or not you want to receive our emails with analyses and offers (with the date and origin of that choice), creation date.
• Log of emails sent: type of email and date, so that we never send the same one twice.
• Unlocks: the analyses opened each day (match and date), to apply the limit of 3 per week.
• Pro waiting list: email, site language, plan chosen, sign-up date and linked account if you were logged in.
• Origin ("src"): the identifier of the partner site that sent you to SportPredix, if any.
• Technical data: IP address and browser information, processed by the hosting provider to serve the pages and protect the site.
• Origin of your sign-up, linked to your account: landing page, site you came from, campaign ("utm" parameters), country of connection and device type.
• Use of the site while logged in: pages viewed, buttons clicked (section name and button text, never what you type), analyses opened, opening of the Pro page, trial and return from payment.
• Anonymous count of all visits: page, button clicked, language, country, device type, origin site of the first page. No identifier, no IP address, time rounded to the hour: two pages of the same visit cannot be linked.
• Audience measurement, only if you accept it: a random identifier links your pages together and, if you create an account, to that account, including the journey made before sign-up. Microsoft Clarity also records page views, clicks, scrolling and replay of journeys, pseudonymised and linked to your account by a fingerprint (see the cookies page).

Purposes and legal bases

• Providing the account and the service (login, analyses, daily limit): performance of the contract.
• Emails with analyses and offers (what SportPredix is, the public track record of the grades, the prediction of the day, the Pro offer), sent to every new user, with notice given below the account creation button: legitimate interest in promoting a service similar to the one you use (Article 21.2 of the LSSI-CE). You can object at any time, free of charge: 1-click unsubscribe link in every email or a switch in your account.
• Emails about your account and subscription (login link, reminder before the end of the trial, failed payment): performance of the contract. They are sent even if you have unsubscribed from the emails with analyses and offers.
• Notifying you of the launch of the Pro offer: your waiting list sign-up (consent).
• Measuring which partner sites and campaigns bring in users, and understanding how accounts use the site: legitimate interest, with no advertising profiling.
• Counting visits anonymously to produce audience statistics: legitimate interest; no data is read from or stored on your device.
• Security and abuse prevention (multiple accounts, disposable email addresses): legitimate interest.
• Following a journey from page to page (visitor identifier, Microsoft Clarity) to understand how the site is used and improve its usability: your consent, given in the cookie banner and withdrawable at any time via "Manage cookies".
• Invoicing, when payment is open: legal obligation.

Retention periods

• Account and profile: while the account is active; deleted 3 years after the last login.
• Daily unlocks: 12 months.
• Log of emails sent: as long as the account exists.
• Waiting list: until the Pro offer launches and at most 12 months afterwards, or until you ask to be removed.
• Invoicing documents: 10 years (accounting obligation).
• Hosting technical logs: short period set by the provider for security reasons.
• Visit statistics and site events: 13 months, then automatically deleted. Those linked to an account are deleted with it. The IP address is only used, for a brief moment, to limit abuse: it is never stored.
• Origin of sign-up: as long as the account exists.
• Microsoft Clarity audience measurement: "_clck" cookie 1 year, "_clsk" 1 day; recordings kept for 30 days by Microsoft (up to 9 months for a small sample).

Processors and recipients

We never sell or rent your data. On our behalf, it is processed by:

• Supabase, Inc.: database, authentication and sending of login emails.
• Resend, Inc.: sending of the other emails (analyses and offers, subscription reminders): email address and message content.
• Cloudflare, Inc.: site hosting, page delivery and security.
• OpenRouter, Inc.: automatic writing of match analyses, from sports statistics only; it receives no personal data.
• Stripe: payment, when the Pro offer is open (card data never passes through our servers).
• Microsoft Corporation (Clarity): audience measurement, only with your consent.

International transfers

Some providers are established in the United States. Transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider has joined it.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, object to processing based on legitimate interest, request portability and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to contact@sportpredix.com; we reply within one month.

If you consider that your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country (in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es; in France, the CNIL).

Privacy notice (Mexico)

In accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), LBS Affiliate EOOD (ЕЛ БИ ЕС Афилиейт ЕООД), with registered office at 93 Ekzarh Yosif, ground floor, 1000 Sofia, Bulgaria, is responsible for the processing of your personal data.

Primary purposes (necessary for the service): creating and managing your account, giving you access to the analyses and applying the daily limit and, if you sign up, notifying you of the launch of the Pro offer. Secondary purposes: sending you emails with analyses and offers; you can refuse at any time (unsubscribe link in every email or switch in your account) without affecting the service.

Data processed: email address, account preferences, use of the service and technical connection data. We do not process sensitive data. Your data is shared only with the processors listed above, in order to provide the service.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection (ARCO rights), and revoke your consent, by writing to contact@sportpredix.com. Any change to this notice will be published on this page.

Minors

The service is reserved for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
