General terms of use and sale

1. The service

SportPredix, published by LBS Affiliate EOOD (ЕЛ БИ ЕС Афилиейт ЕООД), publishes for each match a grade from A to F, a probability estimated by a statistical model, written analyses and tools (graded parlay). This information is neither betting advice nor a guarantee of results: you alone are responsible for your decisions. SportPredix is not a gambling operator and does not accept bets.

The service is reserved for people aged 18 or over.

2. Free account

The account is created with an email address (login link, no password). One account per person; disposable email addresses are not accepted. The free account gives access to the grades of all matches and to 3 full analyses per week.

The owner may suspend an account in the event of abuse (multiple accounts, automated extraction, unlawful use).

3. Pro offer and prices

The Pro offer gives access to all analyses, with no daily limit, to all graded markets and to the Pro tools. Two plans: €9.99 per week or €29.99 per month, taxes included. Prices are shown in euros, or in your country's currency in the versions for Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Peru and Chile; the applicable price is the one displayed when you subscribe.

As long as payment is not open, the Pro offer is not on sale: joining the waiting list is free, without commitment, and does not count as a subscription.

4. 7-day free trial

On the first subscription, the first 7 days are free: nothing is charged on the day you sign up. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts automatically at the price of the plan you chose and the first payment is taken at the end of the trial. We send you a reminder email before it ends. One trial per person.

5. Renewal

The subscription renews automatically for the same period (one week or one month) and the price is charged at the start of each period, until you cancel.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time, online, from your account (/account page), without giving a reason. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current, already paid period: you keep Pro access until then and no renewal is charged afterwards. The period already started is not refunded pro rata. If you cancel during the free trial, nothing is charged.

7. Right of withdrawal

European Union law (Directive 2011/83/EU) provides in principle for a 14-day period to withdraw from a distance contract.

The Pro subscription is a digital service supplied immediately. By starting your 7-day free trial or your paid subscription, you expressly request immediate access to the service and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal as soon as access begins (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). This request and this waiver are repeated below the payment button, before you confirm.

You remain free to cancel at any time from your account: during the trial, with no charge; afterwards, with effect at the end of the period already paid, without a pro rata refund (see Article 6).

8. Liability

Grades and probabilities are statistical estimates; a grade A can lose. The owner does not guarantee any winnings and is not liable for losses linked to bets. It endeavours to keep the service available and accurate (schedules, line-ups, results), without being able to guarantee this at all times.

9. Personal data

The processing of your data is described in the privacy policy.

10. Complaints and mediation

For any complaint, write first to contact@sportpredix.com. If the answer does not satisfy you, you can turn free of charge to the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (Комисия за защита на потребителите, kzp.bg), which organises the conciliation of consumer disputes. You also keep the right to go to the consumer mediator or to the courts of your country of residence.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law, the law of the publisher's registered office (LBS Affiliate EOOD, Sofia). If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence (Article 6 of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008, "Rome I") and you may bring proceedings before the courts of your domicile.

These terms may change; the version in force on the date of your subscription or use applies. Any price change to an ongoing subscription is announced to you in advance by email.
